Many of the loft apartments will feature wall-to-wall windows, massive barrel vaulted roofs, huge skylights and ceiling heights from 10ft (3.1m) towering to 14.4ft (4.4m) high.

The Factory will feature both the original and contemporary new staircases.

The main entrance to The Factory will be from Kerrison Road. There will also be direct access from the off-street car parking behind the building.
