Windows and roof lights - new clear double-glazed powder coated timber windows.
Roofs - repaired and refurbished throughout to current building regulations with additional insulation and a 20 year insurance-backed guarantee.
COMMUNAL PARTS
External doors - a mixture of steel, timber and toughened safety glass.
Hallways - lit with down lighting and/or wall lighting.
Electrical and lighting conduits - exposed metal or concealed.
